Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at support@velviquefashion.com. Kindly note that returns must be sent to the appropriate return address, which can vary depending on your location. We will assess your region and provide the most suitable return address accordingly.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions by email, including the correct address and any steps to follow for shipping your item back to us.
Important: Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item, and once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
We do occasionally offer free size exchanges. If the item you ordered doesn’t fit, feel free to email us — we’ll be happy to see what we can do to help.
For changes in variant, color, or a different product, we kindly ask that you return the original item and place a new order separately.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process cancellations once an order has been placed. Our warehouse operates through a fully automated system, and shipping labels are created and forwarded to our carriers within approximately 12 hours after an order is confirmed.
At that point, your package is already in transit. We kindly ask that you wait for the order to be delivered, and if you still wish to return it, you may do so in accordance with our return policy.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you an update to let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
